Administration

This Central Services unit’s main mission is to provide administrative support to LIRMM Researchers and Guests. Beyond its primary responsibility to welcome and orient people, the Reception Desk Staff also performs routine administrative Management tasks for Lab personnel (full-time and part-time contracts, PhD Students and Interns). Team Assistants help Researchers with travel planning, PhD students with thesis registration, and Department Heads with department administration.
