Inria Team Coordination
The coordination of Inria Research Teams within LIRMM is insured by Research Team Assistants (RTAs): in addition to providing local support, RTAs act as the privileged interface between the team (Manager and members) and other research support and/or partner units. In this capacity, RTAs provide guidance and help on budgetary, financial and HR matters, while ensuring compliance with procedures. They participate in team activities by providing organizational assistance (missions, seminars, website management, etc.).
Moreover, an Inria Administrative Coordinator acts as a direct referent point of contact for the various institutional partners based in Montpellier (mainly, University of Montpellier and LIRMM). As such, the Coordinator performs various site-based or Inria-Montpellier personnel missions (logistics, financial and human resources management).
